Zenniam was founded in 2013. Zenniam was formerly Wyse Design and in 2023 evolved into the brand we are today. Zenniam HQ is in Melbourne, Australia and loved by customers all over the world.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
Yes. All Zenniam designs are beautifully delivered in signature Zenniam packaging. Including our red embossed suede pouch and black box with gold logo.
When shopping online, all purchases have the option to include a personalised message on a signature Zenniam card. Say something beautiful or leave a message to remember with your gift.

WHERE IS ZENNIAM SHIPPED FROM? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER BEFORE IT IS DISPATCHED?
All items are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Please allow 1-2 Business days from purchase date for you order to be dispatched. We will keep you updated every step of the way.  

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We provide worldwide shipping.  
 
WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?
All orders will be charged in Australian Dollars. 
 
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Visa Debit and Paypal. As well as: Afterpay & Zippay 
 
HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?
DOMESTIC | FREE Express shipping on all orders.
INTERNATIONAL | FREE Express shipping on all orders over AU$200. Orders less than AU$200 incur an AU$30 fee.
 
WHICH COURIER ARE PARCELS SHIPPED WITH?
All Domestic parcels are dispatched with Sendle. Sendle, is our 100% Carbon Neutral express courier service within metro areas of Australia. If Sendle is not available in your location or you are shipping to a PO Box we will ship your parcel via Australia Post.
All International parcels are dispatched with DHL Worldwide Express. We are a DHL GoGreen partner, by which all Zenniam parcels take optimised transport routes, alternative drive vehicles and energy-efficient warehouses to reduce CO2 and emissions and other environmental impacts.
   
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties & associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Zenniam has no control over these charges & cannot predict what they may be. Zenniam cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES? 
Yes. We accept Returns and Exchanges. Should you need to return/ exchange your purchase please get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Items returned without a RAN clearly marked on the package will be rejected.
 
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND? 
Please make sure you select carefully when finalising your order, as we do not accept refunds for change of mind. We are able to provide a credit, gift voucher or exchange for an alternative design. 
 
WHAT IF MY ZENNIAM ITEM IS FAULTY?
All items are made & packed with the utmost care in Melbourne, Australia. We take great pride in providing high quality items. Upon your Zenniam order being completed we inspect and quality control all aspects of each piece. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen and something slips by us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so as we can arrange a return, replacement or exchange.
